Return Policy

We make every effort to provide you with the finest quality products available. We pride ourselves on quality and service while offering you a great value. However, if you are not satified with a kit you have ordered thru us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is not opened and started. If you bought the item from a retail store or catalog, you would have to return the item to the store or catalog in which you purchased it for a refund/exchange.

If you find a yarn shortage, please contact us at the phone number below so we can forward the missing yarn directly to you. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items from our consumers.
